Our Rank Structure
Our ranking structure is a system which promotes based on how long that person has been in the guild as well as how active that person is. You don't have to Raid or PvP with the guild to receive promotions; however, those who are more interactive with the guild will find themselves promoted quicker. In our guild your rank is a sort of prestige. Those who have risen to a higher rank will find they have more sway in general, as well as the ability recommending promotions. Information on each rank and the requirements for promotion to that rank below.
The
Director
The Director is the founder and GM of this organization. There will only ever be one.

This is the GM position and is a position which can only be filled in the unlikely instance that the director must take time away from the game. This would be filled by The Assistant Director.

These Agents have proven their worth and potential. They work closely with the officers to keep things running smooth.

Executive
Officer
Our Executive Officers are the lead officers, they moderate officers and recommend officer Promotions.

Can Server, mute / deafen / suspend

Promotes and Demotes up to Special Agent

Recommends Promotion / Demotion up to Field Officer
PROMOTION rEQUIREMENTS
Executive Officers are hand picked from the Field officers and only when there is a need. They will likely have:

Have shown that they can lead without conflict

Are one of the most liked officers

Is able to handle de escalation and able to solve arguments between guildies

Special
Agent
These Agents have been around for a while and are beloved by the Guild as a whole.

Has been a Trusted Agent for at least 60 days

Has shown to be an active guild member

officer
Our Field Officers are the leaders for our agents, they uphold the quality of our organization and Promote Agents when deserving

PROMOTION rEQUIREMENTS
Field officers are hand picked. Only those who have Explicitly mentioned they would like the promotion will be considered. Although anyone could be picked an officer likely will have:

Agent
Our Trusted Agents are the backbone of our organization, they have proven that they are greater than average.

Continues to participate in guild events

Our Field Agents are Agents who have been around for a short while and have proven to their peers they belong

Agent
Our Agents are Citizens who have shown they have what it takes to progress in our organization.

Has spoken in voice or text chat with Special Agent or higher

Our Citizens are anyone who has joined our guild but hasn't yet been vetted by our Agents, they are new here. Be Cautious
